  • The minimum fine is $525 and the maximum is $1,625;
  • A driver’s intervention program can be offered at the Courts discretion;
  • Your car will be immobilized and your license plates are impounded for 90 days;
  • Probation for up to five years;
  • And you can also face a Court License Suspension which can range from one year to 5 years, require restricted license plates and the use of an ignition interlock device.

3rd Arrest For DUI In Dayton Within A 6 Year Period

  • An Administrative License Suspension (ALS) for 2 years for an illegal Blood Alcohol Content (BAC);

  • A Court License Suspension of at least three years – it might even be a Permanent Revocation. And you will get no limited privileges for the following 3 years. After that, you must use restricted plates and an ignition interlock.
  • When an individual has a prior arrest for OVI in Dayton within the past twenty years and they refuse a blood alcohol test, they are sentenced as if they had a high-tier blood alcohol content result.
